  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items that are not in new, unused condition
    • Items that have been used or washed
    • Items that are missing tags or packaging

  5. Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) and consider insuring the package for the full value of the item(s). We cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return as outlined above and placing a new order for the desired item.

  • Refunds on Discounted Items: If you purchased an item using a promotion or discount code, a refund will be issued for the amount paid after the discount is applied. In the case of returning an item that was part of a promotion or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Final Sale Items

  • Final Sale: From time to time, we may offer items that are marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, and all sales are considered final.
